Flex Americas S.A. de C.V is a 100% subsidiary of UFLEX Limited, the flagship company of Flex Group, the India-based Flexible Packaging Conglomerate, which began its existence nearly two decades ago and has come a long way since then offering a vast array of innovative products and services that enrich life, improve performance and create value for the customers and shareholders.
FLEX is the largest Packaging Company in India, with manufacturing facilities in India, Dubai, and now in Mexico, and Sales offices in USA, Europe and Dubai. Flex's position at the forefront of the market has evolved through a combination of new developments in the packaging industry with their extensive knowledge of polymer technology. This has enabled the company to harness the technology's full potential, providing excellent results for its customers, while offering total flexible packaging solutions.
Flex Group has invested over 100 million dollars in a world class flexible packaging facility in Altamira in the State of Tamaulipas in Mexico, for establishing state-of-the-art 8.7 meter wide Polyester film line with a capacity of 35000 Tons/annum, and one Metallizer in the first phase.
This is the second overseas venture of Flex after setting up a similar unit in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE in 2004 comprising of 2 state of the art Film lines and a Metallizer With this, the Flex Group is moving ahead towards their vision of being closer to their customers. Opening new manufacturing facilities at the center of its markets will help Flex to cater to more and more customers demanding "just-in-time" deliveries. With the growth in Flexible Packaging industry globally, Flex's approach is to create a more localized approach to production. This will also enable "FLEX" to be a household name GLOBALLY!
