Enjoy one of the most exciting Himalayan flights to Leh. A traditional welcome awaits ypu at Leh airport (3150 mtrs) on arrival and then tranfer to hotel. Take complete rest to acclimatize yourself. Evening go for a brisk walk to strtch your body.
Day 2 : Leh - Saboo
After a leisure breakfast take a short drive to Shanti Stupa to have a panoramic view of the entire Leh town. Thereafter, drive to the beautiful village of Saboo. On arrival checkin at the Ladakh Sarai Resort. Afternoon free to relax and explore the village on own.
Day 3 : Saboo - Stok
After breakfast drive to visit Thiksey and Hemis Monasteries, which are two great Maonasteries along the Indis River. Later arrive at the picturesque village of Stok and have lunch at the beautiful hotel Skittsal. Afternoon visit Stok Palace Museum. Evening its best to enjoy the sunset falling on the Indus valley and Leh city.
Day 4 : Stok- Alchi -Ulleytokpo -
With an early breakfast depart to Ulleytokpo Ethnic Resort. :nroute visit the Great Alchi Murals. The well preserved wall paintings of Alchi Monastery are absolutely stunning and magnificent. Arrive and have lunch at Ulleytokpo and enjoy the silence of the region. Overnight at the Resort.
Day 5 : Ulleytokpo - Lamayuru - Leh -
After early breakfast visit the dramatically located Lamayuru Monastery, perched atop a high cliff overlooking the tiny village. Later drive back to Leh 125 kms.
Day 6 : Leh - Delhi (Flight) -
Morning light snacks, transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi, to enjoy yet again, a beautiful flight over the great Himalayas. Happy journey.
